Bubba OG

Bubba OG is a hybrid developed by producers from Canada, Dr. Greenthumb Seeds. A cross between Ghost OG and Pre-98 cut of Bubba Kush; Bubba OG Strain is known to be readily used as a form of pain and stress relief. It has been tested with 15% to 27% of THC levels, which is comparatively very high.

Effects

For an indie-dominant strain, the effects are quick. Right after inhaling the first few puffs the core and limbs would feel warm. It would leave you relaxed and comfortable. The dose can intensify the effects of external stimuli. The intensity of things like color, taste, and motion would become heightened. The senses would go to overdrive. Even in the dream- like state of euphoria the user would still manage to have a clear head. Leaving aside physical activity, a smoker if willing would be able to engage in tasks, and remain wholly focused. As the dose increases and the effect gets heavier one may feel tired and sleepy. Due to this factor, Bubba OG strain is not recommended to be used early in the day. Evening or nighttime would be the best time to use it.

Appearance, Aroma and Taste

The chunky strain is made up of small to medium sized flowers. The brightly colored leaves are found in a shade of spring green with orange to red pistils. Flowers of the Bubba OG strain is an amalgam of blue, green and purple. The bright colors are due to the vegetation process that it undergoes during the cold weather. The anthocyanin pigments found in the strains get stimulated during cold weather resulting in these colors. It is an occurrence similar to the change of appearance of leaves during winter as the chlorophyll level gets depleted. Finally, the already colorful strains undergo a coating of clear translucent trichomes.

The flower of Bubba OG has a delightful and delicious taste of berries and citrus, mixed with a hint of hash and incense. It leaves off the smell of fresh pine when it is grounded. It produces thick, gassy smoke when it is burned. When inhaled, it causes a tickling sensation at the back of the palate. When you exhale, the smoke leaves off the taste of an overly ripe fruit together with a subtle touch of diesel fumes.
