Durban Poison strain does not lead to lethargy or sluggish in users. Rather it has an energizing effect on the human body. Durban Poison is my personal favourite from any MoM, in-store dispensary and/or my personal connex in Toronto.
As a “seasoned chronic smoker,” I personally gauge bud by whether my high gets more intense when I smoke more. All ‘decent’ bud essentially does the trick (you know what I mean lol) the very first time I smoke it in the day, but most bud unfortunately doesn’t lift my high up when I subsequently smoke more. THIS Durban Poison certainly does though! I love it!!! Higher and higher nahmean?
Sure, we had to wait a few months for its next batch to be harvested. Haha These were the longest few months in a while for me. Foreal though lolBut when I received my waiting-list notification from GS, I was beyond stoked. I promptly grabbed a full zip.
And GS surely didn’t disappoint! This Durban Poison strain is soooo effin’ good!
Sure, its buds are biggish, condensed, smell n’ taste like weed (lol I’m not a crazy person who admires bud for all its other characteristics other than the high it delivers), and it gets me stooooned EVERY. TIME. I. SMOKE. some!

I went to order my next batch of Durban, but it was no surprise the quantity I wanted was 'sold out.' This strain is AMAZING! As soon as my order and payment for another strain I substituted my Durban for were put through, I received a 'waiting list' email from GS, telling me that they've restocked their Durban bud.
I quickly emailed GS and asked them if they could do the switch and Kimberly at Green Society made it extremely smooth and simple for me to change my order even after I put the order through and made my etransfer payment. I couldn't be more pleased with how smooth this order-change was!

I actually threw in my next order last night; obviously wanting my next batch of Durban, however and also not surprisingly, Durban is all sold-out so I had to order some different buds.

I’ve been a chronic for over 20 years straight who smokes just over a 1/2 zip/week on average. I just received my weekly order from GS a few days ago, and although the bud I ordered certainly lives up to the highest standards which GS had set for itself, I just put in another order for more Durban Poison BECAUSE IT’S THAT GOOOOD GUYS! Trust me....YOU WANT THIS STRAIN!!!!

It doesn't give me the munchies like some other strains of cannabis out there. If I were to find a complaint, I would stretch and say I don't care for the taste very much. It's not that it tastes terrible or anything, I just normally enjoy the taste more. Maybe this helps with curbing the munchies? I have no idea. And yes, I wrote this while completely blasted on the product (for better or worse LOL)

Altho I enjoyed how it came, and how it smoked clean and tasted clean, I must admit I was slightly disappointed with this as my 1st order with GS. As a seasoned users, I prefer to not heed many of the fab reviews of this I kinda don't agree with, soley because I prefer reviews from seasoned users with higher tolerances looking for 20-25+% THC. Some may be disappointed in this batch..I was. I've had better DP sorry to say.
Would definitely buy again.
