Lemon Kush by Alien Genetics is a specific cut of this strain that is derived from the Ohio-classic Lemon G and the potent landrace Afghan Kush. Alien Genetics aimed to create a psychoactive flower that still retained a moderate full-bodied high. They ended up cross breeding the Ohio native Lemon G and dank landrace Afghan to create a hybrid with a staggering THC concentration of 26%. Most cuts of this strain share a characteristic appearance and aroma that are both implicative of its citrusy and Kush family genetics and DNA.

Effects

As 50/50 hybrid, Lemon Kush is a well-balanced strain that packs a couple of surprises. The effects of this strain are described as a creeper, and it can take upwards of 10 to 15 minutes before its effects fully kick in. Just like you’d expect from a hybrid flower, the high of this strain is described as being very cerebral. The higher 26% THC levels result in a strain that is extremely psychoactive.
