Motorbreath #2 by Pisces Genetics, also known as “Motorbreath,” is an indica-dominant (60/40) hybrid. Pisces Genetics created the strain by crossing the classic Chem D (Chem Dawg) and SFV OG Kush strains. Taking the best from both hybrid parents, Motorbreath is infamously gassy and potent. With its high potency, many describe it to be highly intoxicating for more suited for experienced users. If you are a fan of OG strains, Motorbreath is a must-try.

Effects

As stated before, this strain is on the more potent side with a tested THC content of up to 28%. With its high potency, it is a favourite among heavy smokers and as well as medicinal users who require something stronger than the usual. Many who have smoked this strain report heavy intoxicating effects mixed with euphoria and a tingly cerebral buzz. The high begins with a wave of relaxation that lifts the mind. Relaxation and euphoria will take over the mind, providing a sense of ease and melting away mental fatigue. The body then becomes numb as the high intensifies; relaxing all the muscles in the body and leaving the user in a sedative state. Motorbreath is known to severely couch-lock, therefore it is best used in the evening or night time. Many also report catching the giggles which make it a great strain for kicking back and chatting.

Appearance, Aroma, and Taste

Motorbreath is normally spade-shaped and pale mint green in colour. The nugs often have thin long orange hairs and have a frosty look due to its amber crystal trichomes. As you can tell by its name, this strain is extremely gassy. However, there are also hints of lemon, meat, pine, and chemicals under the heavy diesel scent. This Motorbreath burns clean with a smooth smoke, however, at the $120/oz price tag I was expecting more flavour.

This is literally some of the best quality bud you can buy.... The chemdawg come through a little stronger this time and the gas from the SVG og come through nice. I smoke bowls and it tastes almost like the smell of fresh rainfall.

Really well trimmed and cured, nice, strong, gassy kush flavour. Some really nice weed. Burns really nice and clean and hits hard without being overpowering. Top notch stuff.

    User experience varies, and my results with this one seem different from many other reviewers.
    When I smoke Motorbreath I get an INTENSE energy rush for about 20 minutes, and then I settle into a long intense trippy high that feels more Sativa than indica. I got so high on one hit that I had to stop. Ok, I might be a lightweight, but this was a bit unusual. I wasn’t able to test for the potentially heavier indica effects that may come with higher doses, because I was a little afraid of getting too high. Sort of curious if others get the intense experience I do with this one.... guess I’ll read some future reviews out of curiosity... This isn’t my cup of tea, but I can see it really hitting the spot for some users. 5 stars.

    I echo the sentiments of BBB1974 a few posts above. I had high hopes for this strain but was a little let down as there just wasn't much to it in terms of taste or smell, had a very subtle earthy taste/smell with tiny hints of diesel/gas. The nugs were slightly on the dry side but not overly so. The high was pretty solid though, which saved it from being a 3 or 3.5; indica dominant effects and heavy couch-lock, this gave me amazing deep sleeps. Maybe it's just a batch issue because others seemed to enjoy it more, even comparing it favorably to High Octane OG which I thought was far superior. I'd still recommend trying out a 3.5g and if the batch is good order more, something tells me this stuff is great if you get a good batch...

    Got this hoping it would be similar to the high octane og and was not dissapointed. Had a nice smell not overly pungent kinda earthy. The nugs looked amazing and wasnt as sticky as the og so busted up a lot more. Has a similar taste to the high octane og I found which I really liked, all in all this is one of my favorites on here.
