Effects

The Candyland strain offers an extremely energizing and mentally stimulating high that is great for waking you up at the start of the day and adding that little boost of extra energy throughout it as well. Its parent, Granddaddy Purps, or also spelled Grand Daddy Purps, Granddaddy Purple or shortened to GDP, is a legendary indica hybrid that was also created by Ken Estes, the same breeder and creator of Candyland! This parental strain offers up to 27% THC in addition to 1% CBD. Its other parent, Platinum Cookies, also known as Platinum Girl Scout Cookies (GSC), is a balanced hybrid and phenotype of the original world famous Girl Scout Cookies (GSC). With the same Girl Scout Cookies parents of OG Kush and Durban Poison, its THC levels reach upward of 26% potency and 1% CBN. With genetics like these, Candyland has been destined to be an amazing strain since its inception!

Appearance & Aroma

Candyland nuggets are small and densely packed, which is more characteristic of indica types as sativas are typically loose or fluffy. Its colours are varying tones of olive and can be compared to camouflage, while its pistils, which are quite long and wiry, are a deep orange. Its coating of crystal trichomes is shimmery with a golden tone, as if dipped in sugar and fitting for its name! The strain is strongly earthy, with accents of pine and herbs, though there are also overtones of sweetness, spice and everything nice!
