Really lovely, sedating Indica, just perfect to encourage me to eat a meal when I have no appetite. This strain is also a good choice if you need a little help getting to sleep, too. Don't smoke this strain if you have a lot to do- definitely an "end of the day" smoke. Great quality for the price AA+ - AAA. King Louis was a good selection for me, thanks so much GS!

    The full priced bags I have tried were good enough for me to order myself, but I was sorely disappointed.

    Prematurely cut, poorly flushed and cured. It became potent and more tasty after being jarred for over two months, but I am firmly in the never order this strain on sale boat.

    The full price strain is a good smoke with good taste. Nothing to write home about, but connoisseurs should at least order this once to cross it off your list. The genetics scream order me.

    Some strains just aren't liked by certain people. I've never enjoyed God Bud, Orange/tangerine, Headband strains. On the other hand always enjoyed Haze, Blueberry, Train wreck strains etc. I got this part of the half oz deal and it was by far the weakest and least favourite strain from the four I got. It isn't my first time trying this strain and It's disappointed every time. On the other hand the buds seem very well grown and it definitely looks high end. A lot of people seem to like this bud so it might be great if you try it but not a personal favourite for me.

    I’ve had king Louis before it is 1 of my favourite strains but this king Louis isn’t super dank smelling until you bust up the nug and then even the smell isn’t similar to the king Louis I tried and I honestly the bud I got don’t match the pic it has way more red hairs on it then this bud here in the pic when u first smell it kinda smells like mendo breath and don’t have the sour smell skunky hint of pine smell isn’t super pungent ! Just had a bowl of it no taste usually the taste sits there on your tongue and it’s sweet ! Like I said bud don’t match the pic

    The bag appeal is immediate with beautiful, well-trimmed buds and a pungent, heady aroma that fills the room. The odor while smoking is decidedly skunky but the taste is actually quite mellow with no harshness.

    The effect is a bit of a creeper, really coming on strong a good 10 minutes after smoking. It's strong weed! You'll probably think twice before lighting up that 2nd spliff.

    Taste/Smell: 5/5 Absolutely amazing pungent, gassy, skunky kush smell & taste, with a hint of sweetness. Doesn't get any better IMO.
    Look: 4/5 Doesn't exactly jump out at you or look terribly special. I like the darker green tone and silver accents but it's nothing too crazy.
    High: 5/5 I can see why this is a popular LA strain. It's a perfect social high that leaves you feeling very happy/content and upbeat but not in the 'energetic' way of a sativa, it's hard to explain. Long-lasting high and doesn't cause major drowsiness either which probably also plays into its popularity, especially in hotter climates. Highly recommended! I can't imagine anyone being unhappy with this strain.
