I noticed some of the reviews said it was too hard, but mine was so soft when you heat up it either sticks to your fingers or just stays in a wet ball, I prefer hard. when it's wet like this you're paying for the moisture. I'll have to let it dry out. I guess you're taking your chances it's too wet or too dry.
