The smell is appealing but hard to describe, just like the taste: sweet, sour, fizzy, "fruity blue," like small blue fruits or grapes. It's complex, which is why I say it's funky. It's the kind you don't often find, which makes it unique, and that's why I love it. The smoke is great; it burns well and is smooth and flavorful. I'm definitely buying it again. I've already bought it twice. I hope it becomes a regular on the menu.
