While it is originally bred by professional breeder Skunk VA of Cali Connection Seeds, this phenotype is locally sourced and grown in beautiful British Columbia! It commonly tests between 20% and 27% in THC levels, an above average count that attests to its potency! This is similar to its parent, Chemdawg 91 (also referred to simply as Chem #91), a balanced hybrid which typically measures between 22% and 27% THC potency. SFV OG Kush, however, is an indica dominant hybrid with a lesser THC content at 17% to 22% THC, though even with these numbers is widely recognized as one of the heavier hitting strains available on the market and was a previous High Times Cannabis Cup runner up for Best Indica!
Screwhead OG nuggets can have a puffy and chunky appearance though are densely packed, typical of most indicas. They have a mossy appearance, carrying a predominantly pale olive green shade, with speckles of darker forest green leaves throughout. Its pistils are long, thin and wiry, and brighten up the overall appearance a bit with their pale orange colour. The strain is highly resinous, so are sticky to the touch, and the nugs have a frosty appearance due to its tiny but many crystal trichomes. One for the gas lovers, the strain is known to be highly pungent, emitting a skunky and diesel like aroma, freshed only by hints of fresh pine and earthiness.
